If I buy my ticket online, how do I pick up my pass?If you bought your ticket online as a will call, then you may pick up your pass 24 hours later at Rock N Robins. They will receive the will call list one day after you purchase your ticket online. If you bought your ticket online as a hard ticket, you may take your hard ticket to any venue on the night of the festival and trade it at the door for your pass.

If I have a pass, does it guarantee entry to any venue?The pass is an entry to any venue that is participating in FoCoMX. It is not a guarantee, as maximum occupancy of venues are enforced by the city fire marshal. If there is a particular show you want to see, we encourage you to arrive at that venue early to ensure your entry.

What are the age restrictions for the festival?We will be respecting the age restrictions already set in place by venues. They are as follows:
